Generic as hell. You cannot recreate the soul of HL just by adding some random Valve assets.
It doesn't actually have the aesthethics of HL but of course, looks nice.

So, where is gameplay?
Small Note: I really like this video and I would love to see HL3 come to life but the fact that it says Unreal Engine 5 on the title is a little wrong feeling and gives the title a sort of clickbait feel as it seems that the term "Unreal Engine 5" is now sort of a clickish bait phrase as it draws more attention to something because everybody has heard the idea that Unreal Engine 5 is the new everything perfect amazing game engine. Also some of that footage was clearly from HL Alyx meaning its not all from Unreal Engine 5 further proving that the phrase is there to be click bait. Last but not least Unreal Engine is owned by epic games, a practical competitor to Valve if you haven't heard about them taking all there games off steam to make more money. Anyway in reality I really liked the vid.
You should have a position at Valve working at the sequel to HL2!!!

Can you imagine if Gordon Freeman actually is the G-Man in an alternative future universe where He becomes Him, when he owns all technology and beats everything in all border worlds and the human world.
Personally, rather than being dissapointed from Half life 3, i would love Remaster/ Remake of Half life 2 with similiar graphics.

the opportunity they miss with that is unbelievable. So many years. Nowadays every game got a remake. Just to HL1+2 remake in this quality + 3 one year later and it will easily be a GTA V like business
