Liquid Cooling the RTX 4090 FE drops the TEMPS by –15° which is huge, this time around it's easier than excepted to take apart the RTX4090 Founder Edition. There is no glue to deal with unlike the RTX 3090 FE no mess everything comes apart very easily. I used the EK-Quantum Vector² FE RTX 4090 D-RGB - Nickel + Plexi there is also the option to get the active back cooling which I didn't really see the need for my case nor did I want to spend the extra cash on it. Inside the box pretty much you get everything you need from taking apart the founders edition NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 , thermal pads, backplate is included. When we are looking at the Pros and cons there isn't much anything bad to say about this water block you are increasing the lifespan of your GPU, performance gains, and it wont heat up your room. The only downside would be the pricing because you will need everything from the RTX 4090 water block to the whole liquid cooling kit to make this work, but in the end it is worth it. The only thing missing for this build is the be quiet! 12VHPWR adapter which will make this pc complete and looking nice. In this video, I walk you through the process that I used to clean my custom water cooled PC. The PC has not been cleaned in 2 years and we’ll see just how well the EKWB CryoFuel coolant held up and protected the loop. I apologize for how long the video turned out to be, but I felt like I didn’t want to cut something that someone might find helpful, so please feel free to skip around. I don’t consider myself an expert on water cooling or anything like that, so this is just how I personally cleaned my loop. You may want to clean yours a completely different way and that’s okay.
