CRM делится на две категории: Классическая – программа для автоматизации продаж, позволяющая оптимизировать рутинные процессы, вести учёт клиентов и хранить всю историю взаимодействия с ними в специальной карточке контакта. К ним относят такие системы, как amoCRM, Pipedrive. Продвинутая – больше, чем классическая система продаж. Это корпоративный портал, позволяющий контролировать эффективность каждого отдела, вести задачи и проекты, планировать встречи, хранить данные, общаться с сотрудниками и программно дорабатывать систему под любые потребности. Среди самых популярных из них стоит отметить Битрикс24, Creatio (Terrasoft); 1.2) Какие есть виды CRM? CRM делится на два типа: облако и коробка. 1.3) В каких случаях и на каких этапах нужна CRM? В любом бизнесе и на любой стадии (даже если мало клиентов и сотрудников), когда есть продажи или необходимо организовать работу нескольких отделов компании с последующей интеграцией всех популярных микросервисов в единое место (в идеале). 1.4) Какую CRM выбрать? Всё зависит от ваших процессов и количества партнёров-интеграторов той или иной CRM. Например, в СНГ самые популярные системы - amoCRM и Битрикс24, но они абсолютно разные. Первая, подобно Феррари, больше подходит для классических отделов продаж и может масштабироваться в очень узких кейсах (например, как Яндекс). Битрикс24 же, напротив, как Бэтмобиль. Это портал для решения задач любой сложности и с открытым кодом для доработки. 2) CMS 2.1) Что такое CMS? CMS - система (движок) для управления контентом сайта. Позволяет без вмешательства программиста работать с разделами вашего сайта 2.2) Какие есть виды CMS? CMS бывают двух типов: с открытым и закрытым кодом (например, конструктор Tilda). Первые легко дорабатывать под любые потребности бизнеса, тогда как вторые - платформы, которые не имеют доступ к открытому коду, и такие сайты невозможно продвигать в поисковых системах. 2.3) В каких случаях нужна CMS? Когда для вашего бизнеса необходим сайт, без какой-либо уникальной бизнес-логики масштабов Google, Dropbox, Facebook, Spotify, Amazon. В этих случаях лучше рассмотреть самописные фреймворки, на которых разрабатываются большие и нестандартные микросервисы. 2.4) Какую CMS выбрать? Выбор нужно делать, исходя из задач, которые необходимо решить перед бизнесом и популярности системы (чтобы были разработчики, способные её доработать под ваши задачи). Например, для простого лендинга или сайта (без необходимости SEO-продвижения) подойдёт Wix или Tilda. Для сайтов услуг или небольших интернет-магазинов, которые необходимо продвигать в Google, лучше выбрать WordPress, OpenCart или Хорошоп. Для более сложных проектов, вроде больших интернет-магазинов или высоконагруженных B2B-порталов с нестандартным обменом с 1С, лучшее решение - Битрикс или Magento. 3) ERP 3.1) Что такое ERP? (планирование ресурсов предприятия) — организационная стратегия интеграции производства и операций, управления трудовыми ресурсами, финансового менеджмента и управления активами, ориентированная на непрерывную балансировку и оптимизацию ресурсов ERP - система для управления бизнес-процессами, которое объединяет финансы, цепочки поставок, операции, отчётность, производство, кадры и позволяет управлять ими. Часто её интегрируют с CRM-системой, где последняя - выступает веб-интерфейсом. Бывают и случаи, когда выбирают 2в1, как в случае с Odoo, которая совмещает в себе функции склада и CRM. 3.2) Какие бывают виды ERP? Как и CRM, ERP делятся на два типа: облачные и коробочные. 3.3) В каких случаях нужна ERP? ERP хорошо подходит для предприятий и организаций, где необходимо контролировать финансы, персонал, производство, активы и цепочки поставок.
